Titusoft Drawer Slide Soft Close Mechanism, Titusoft Face Frame, Titus Tool

I have installed these and they mostly work well. However, I find that if someone kind of lifts the drawer while pulling, the plastic notch can jump out of the close mechanism and then you have to reset. Is there a way to adjust so this does not happen

The 8500 is a 150 lb. class heavy-duty full extension drawer slide that is ideal for wider drawers and heavier loads such as lateral files. Features an unhanded quick disconnect for easy drawer removal. Traditional and 32mm hole patterns support industry standards. The hold-in feature holds the drawer closed to avoid bounce back.
