The overall width with the tabs is 12-1/2". This should work fine with your cabinet opening.
The actual opening in my cabinet measures 12", will this still work? The trays that are currently installed are 11" and the tabs don't even reach the edge of the opening, so they just flip completely out & spill all over the floor.
