Does each pull out install separately? I want to install this on top of each self that is existing. Also, the 33" measurement? I have 27" from the back of my cabinet to the door from. Would that 33" one be perfect?

This unit is designed to be installed on a 1" diameter pole. When the unit is installed, the shelves can pull out independently. Your minimum opening in the cabinet must be at least 16 3/4" wide. You would also need 33 7/8" inside the cabinet.
