I’m interested in the Rev a Shelf wood knife inserts. Specifically the 4WKB and 4WDKB. How many knives would a width of 11 inches allow?

The 4WDKB-1 double knife block has 55 usable slots. The unit is 18 1/2" wide and can be trimmed down to 12 1/2" only per manufacturer. The 4WKB-1 knife block insert is 18 1/2" wide with up to 19 slots. If you trim to 11", you would have 11-12 slots.
