What is the distance between each bracket, both the legs and braces? I only have 14.5inches between the support rails installed underneath my table.

I contacted the manufacturer about dimensions. It looks like from their rough drawing that the distance you are is 9-7/8" I have added the line drawing to the product so please make sure I have properly answered your question
