I need to know if your hardware set includes hardware to fasten the base and top of the rotating shelf shaft to the cabinet base (bottom) shelf and top top in order to mount 2 custom built (I will manufacture) 18" diameter shelves to rotate within the cabinet? I plan to build 6 cabinets with 2 rotating shelves each; Does this include all the hardware I will need if I simply build the shelves?
