According to the SALICE install documentation for this model, the overlay shown is dependent on drilling so the cup is 2.5mm from the door edge. Since the cup is 35mm diameter, that would mean the center of the cup hole would be 17.5mm + 2.5mm = 20mm from the edge of the door.
