The soft close tension is not adjustable. There are adjustments available on the slide and locking device for height, side to side, and depth adjustments, not tension.
Installation of the undermount slides is complete and they work very well. I have on drawer that does not engage the slow close before the drawer withdraws. What is the process for increasing the soft action just before reaching the cabinet opening?
