Any 3/4" thick door that has an overlay of 3/4" or more will be zero protrusion. Zero Protrusion means that the back of the door will not "protrude" into the opening at 90*.

Of course. I'll see myself out.

From Salice:'To my knowledge the advertised zero-protrusion for ¾” overlay and bigger is accurate. However, the 3-cam hinges such as the CUR34D9R have the added sub-plate for 2- xxxx fixing. The thickness of this plate moves the door in and reduces the overlay by a bit. I usually recommend a tab of 4mm to have the overlay be more accurate. The soft close hinges allow for a larger tab where the standard self-closing hinge does not.'
