The soft close angled hinge program is only available from Blum as Inserta.
I ordered the following --Blum 79B3598 110 Degree CLIP Top BLUMOTION Hinge, Soft-Close, +45 Degree Diagonal, Inserta. I need the same hinge but a screw-on.
