Veneer product will be laminated to MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) material. Veneer is a very thin real wood product that is adhered to the MDF The tambour for these will be flat. Solid wood is just what it says, these are half round strips of wood made from a solid piece of the wood chosen. (Alder, Maple, etc.)
