I have purchased this trash pull out and I have a countertop with a 1 inch overhang but the back bin can't be opene

Bottom Mount Trash Pull-Outs
The back bin can't be opened with a lid bc of the overhang. What is the suggestion to do for that? Are there any other modified lids for the back trash can? These would be for dog food

Unfortunately, depending on the overhang of your counter top and the height of the floor of your base cabinet to the bottom of your counter top, this measurement will possibly limit the opening of the rear can lid. We do not have a lid that would open differently to allow for this in your situation. I would ensure that the unit is mounted as far forward as possible to possibly help with your clearance issue.
