Sounds like there is damage to your drawer slide. Unfortunately, we do not carry any replacement parts for this slide. It is recommended that you replace the slide with a new one.

Answer: This soft close slides is designed for 1/2" to 5/8" thick drawer side material thickness. As long as the drawer is built to the specifications for the thickness you have, this will replace what you have

Question: Will this slide work as an under mount for a pull-out shelf ?
Answer: Yes, as long as the shelf is built to the specifications for the slide. So, the shelf would need to have 1/2" build up around the bottom of the shelf to accept the slides as well as the other allowances required for the slide.

Answer: Unfortunately no. The overall drawer length need to be 21".
