I need screws for the KV 4270 that I've already purchased and for the others that I will be purchasing. I'm having trouble finding them on your site. My hope is to purchase all materials at the same time. Hope you can help.

Question: I have 1/16 total side clearance and the soft close slide is too tight. It slides well until it as at the point of engagement and I can feel it hit the plastic retractor mechanism on the cabinet side The standard KV Gslide that cam out worked perfect. Does the soft close require more clearance the a standard?
Answer: The required side clearance that is required is 1/2" + 1/32 per side. This could by why you are having a binding issue.
