Question: Are the rear brackets an option for these ?
Answer: Per the manufacturer, rear brackets cannot be used on any of the slides after 21".
Question: Does it come with the screws?
Answer: No, the screws needed are #6x5/8"
Question: Will this work with 1/2" drawer sides?
Answer: Yes, these are designed for 1/2"-5/8" thick material
