Answer: Yes, the numbers on the back are component numbers. These bases attach to the back of the frame and require a minimum of 5/8" to use. ****IMPORTANT: This base is used with a Half Overlay/Partial Overlay hinge*** (Blum number 71B3650)

Answer: Yes. This mounting plate is to be used with the half crank hinge.
