Yes, you can use the f series with that thickness. The F series actually will work with 5/8"-3/4"
21" drawers have a box thickness of 11/16" Blum 21" TANDEM plus BLUMOTION 563H Soft-Close Undermount Drawer Slide for 1/2" - 5/8" Drawer Side Blum 563H5330B Undermount Drawer Slides
Sigh... my 21" drawers have a box thickness of 11/16" rather than 1/2" or 5/8" or 3/4". Assuming that rules out "F Series" but will 563F5330B actually work given the slight undersize?
