I do not think that is possible. I would say, if you can install a shelf at the max height of this unit then either add another small unit on top or another type of accessory.
Can I add an extension to the top to be able to go floor to ceiling in my 9ft pantry? Rev-A-Shelf 56"-62" Telescoping Hardware Set for 5 Shelf Lazy Susans Rev-A-Shelf 6265-04-52, Lazy Susan Hardware
Is it possible to add and extension or build a 9ft tall lazy susan in my pantry? I have 9ft ceilings currently and want to utilize at least 7 feet of that space for shelves.

Question: Is it possible to put this together with only 4 parts/shelves instead of all 5? The cabinet we have is 50" tall so the 3 shelf one is too small and the 5 shelf one is to tall.
Answer: Unfortunately no. The starting height of this unit is 56".
