Based on a similar unit we have here it looks to be 9-10" ht clearance for the bottom shelf. No this unit is not designed to be adjustable

I have European style cabinets. My blind corner cabinet height is 29 in. I need to be able to store several appliances 15 in. tall. Can this be accomplished with this unit? how much room would be left for storage on top shelf? Can the height of the entire unit be adjusted?
