Answer: Yes, the Blum Tandem 563 series is available in 18" and 21" lengths. Offering different lengths allows for customization to fit various drawer sizes, enhancing flexibility in design and functionality.
Question: What is the application of the drawer slide?
Answer: The Blum TANDEM 563 series drawer slide is designed for frameless or blocked-out face frame cabinets only. You can not use these slides with rear connecting brackets
Question: What is the difference between 563 and 563F?
Answer: 563. are for 1/2 to 5/8" material thickness for a frameless application. 563H are for 1/2 to 5/8" material thickness for a frameless and face frame application. 563F are for 5/8 to 3/4" material thickness for a frameless and face frame application.
Question: Can I use these in a frameless cabinet?
Answer: yes you can
Question: Is it possible to use the Blum slides with 3/8 material?
Answer: Unfortunately no. The minimum thickness per Blum will need to 1/2".
Question: I have a cabinet with a depth of 20 1/2” from front of face frame to inside rear. Which Blum undermount slide should be ordered?
Answer: You should order the 563.4570B (18") for a frameless cabinet, unless you are blocking out the sides. Or, a 563H4570B for a face frame or frameless cabinet.
Question: what is the difference between blum draw slides 563H5330B and 563.5330B
Answer: The 563H5330B can be used for a face-frame or frameless cabinets. The 563.5330B can be used for both types of cabinets, but the face-frame cabinet will have to be blocked out on the sides. You would not be able to use the rear mount brackets.
Question: which locking device do I need?
Answer: You have 3 choices. Our SKU#11211505 & 11211494 are the standard locking device with height adjustment. SKU# 11198226 & 11198225 have height and side adjustment. SKU#11198228 & 11198227 have height, side and depth adjustment, normally used with an inset application.
Question: Can you use 1/2" material with these drawer slides?
Answer: Yes, You can use this slide on 1/2" material.
Question: What to you need to subtract from the cabinet drawer opening width to make a drawer box using this product with 5/8" drawer side material.
Answer: You will need to make your drawer box 3/8" smaller in width.
