Yes, you would just have a through hole and be sure that the system screw is the correct length.

I want to use this in frameless twin overlay applications with the 73B3550. My material is 19mm, overlay is 8mm, reveal 3mm. I saw elsewhere that the depth of the system screw is 11.5 mm, wouldn’t the twin application be a through hole?
