10193624 slide with one of the slides failing, plastic stop on slide metal unit that mounts to cabinet keeps coming off. Tried replacing it several times but keeps coming out. And the slide will not stop.

IS there a way to glue it in to help hold it?

I would suggest either ordering a new pair, reaching out to the manufacture KV or using some sort of epoxy to glue the piece in place.
