It usually is stamped somewhere on the slide. You can just match up the length that you need and order this slide even if your current slide is not KV

I'm repairing a wooden oak lateral file file cabinet (19" X 39" - 2 drawer) that was manufactured in the late 1980's by "Encore". I need to replace the KV OEM drawer slides. Where can I find the KV Part Number? Is it stamped anywhere on the slides? Thanks
