The main difference between concealed (European) hinges and traditional hinges is visibility and adjustability. Concealed hinges are hidden when the cabinet door is closed and offer easy three-way adjustment. Traditional hinges are visible on the outside and offer limited alignment control. Concealed types provide a cleaner, modern look.
