The standard mount screws in at an angle towards the font of the drawer and will work with 1/4" drawer bottoms.
The vertical mount screws in either of 2 ways. 1- the same as the standard mount and 2- it screws into the front of the drawer vertically straight down.
They both offer identical adjustment. I would say just use the standard mount, its our number 1 seller.
