We currently do not sell an Omega National Tambour D to those specifications. However, we do carry a larger tambour door model. This SKU will lead you to our larger model: 33095.

Answer: This unit is in a unfinished maple and can be painted white. You will need at least 5" of depth behind the cabinet frame.
