The main difference between WS2811, WS2812B, and WS2813 is control method, redundancy, and integration. WS2811 uses an external controller and drives 3 LEDs per chip. WS2812B integrates the controller into each LED for individual control. WS2813 adds a backup data line, which allows LEDs to continue working if one fails.
