Question: Will this work as a replacement frame for a Bestar Queen vertical Murphy bed? I’m concerned about the hardware not firing an existing frame.
Answer: Unfortunately this will not be a match to the Bestar product.
Question: Documentation shows no cabinet bottom rail but the video shows a rail. How tall of a rail before the metal frame shows? In other words, in the closed position how far is the metal frame from the floor?
Answer: 24" height of the foot rail.
Question: how high is the bed frame once extended? I need to determine mattress height if I add a 12" mattress, ideally I need it to be 26"
Answer: The maximum height of the mattress cannot exceed 10" per the manufacturer.
Question: I am interested in the Queen Vertical model. Can you give me the specifications (load and length) of the piston? Thx.
Answer: The load of the piston per manufacturers specification is 110kg/242.508 lbs. The "approximate" length of the piston, going by measurements of the mounting plate specification is 17.625".
Question: What is the actual size of the frame?
Answer: The specifications say that the inside dimensions are 63 1/4" W x 14 1/2" D x 84 1/8" T

Answer: Unfortunately this unit has to be installed in a cabinet.
Question: Is the cabinet included with the kit?
Answer: No, the cabinet is not included.
Question: For the Queen Size: When the bed is down, how far into the room does the mattress extend? The cabinet dimensions are listed as 16" deep. Is the mattress projection 16" + the length of the mattress?
Answer: From the back of the wall to the end of the bed, the measurement would be approximately 83"-84"
