The 38N355B.08 is for a 1/2" door overlay and attached to the inside lip of the cabinet. The 38N355BF.22 is for 1-3/8" or larger overlay hinge and is attached to the front face of the cabinet.

Contacted Blum directly and they responded with 38N355B.08 as a replacement for the Compact 33 which is the hinge I am replacing. Blum also stated that the 38N355C.08 was a choice. Your company was one recommended by Blum.
