I just received my order. It appears to be MDF in the middle, not plywood. Is this accurate? Also there is no veneer on the side that would face the opening of the cabinet. You can see the MDF clearly. Shouldn’t the veneer be on all sides? View answer

How can I purchase or obtain a pair of replacement pinion adapters? One was damaged (specifically the one with the metal clip) during install as they were very tight during insertion. View answer

Based on the part numbers, it appears that these are manufactured by RPC (Rockford Process Control). Per their drawing (https://rockfordprocesscontrol.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/B0158XX1APP-PILASTER.pdf), these (HD, heavy-duty?) pilaster standards are 21 gauge steel, not 17 gauge aluminum. This is actually thicker than K&V, which publishes 23 gauge steel for their 255 series. Could you please verify the actual material? View answer

I recently ordered two pair of youngdale hinges and without understanding the overlay, I ordered the 3/8" overlay. They didn't fit as what I need is a 1/2" overlay. The closest I could find to my original design (87L) is this hinge. Unfortunately it is sold in quantities of 200. I need only 42 pairs. (94 total hinges). Is it possible to buy this hinge in lower quantities? I was able to buy two pairs of the 3/8" just to try them out. I bought the wrong one because I didn't understand the overlay but I believe I do now. View answer

Hi, I would like to use this mechanism to make appliance garage. The space is under 15 inch wall cabinets and it is approximately 60 inch wide. Can I use this mechanism? Would the 12 3/8” inset be appropriate for the 15 cabinet above? What would be the maximum width of door I can use with this? View answer
