Greetings. What is the size of the Kaizen Organizational 20mm foam sheets? The product description states: KAIZEN FOAM, 20MM X 2 X 4, BLACK but the last 2 dimensions lack measurement units. I'm thinking 'feet', but I'd like confirmation. Thanks kindly. View answer

I have face framed cabinets and the drawer opening is 19.5” wide. I don’t know which size double tier cabinet drawer to order to fit. My current drawer is 18.5” wide with the slides on the sides. Can you help please? View answer

Installation of the undermount slides is complete and they work very well. I have on drawer that does not engage the slow close before the drawer withdraws. What is the process for increasing the soft action just before reaching the cabinet opening? Thanks Robert View answer
