Which screws are needed for the hinges and base plates for my last order? the sku's are 11194475 11194413 It would have been nice to know the screws were not included. Disappointed with this especially after watching Jason's how-to video and he said screws were included. View answer

Does this hinge require drilling holes on the glass door. The hinge of the glass door to a wood cabinet (right side opening) is broken and need replacement. The size of the glass door is 19 1/2" X 4813/18" and weight 18 lb. Thickness of the glass door is 3/16". The glass door has two openings (one near the top and one near the bottom) each of width 14/16” leading to circle of diameter 1 inch. Distance from the edge of the glass to the beginning of the circle is 1 1/4” and to the end of the circle is 2”. View answer

I bought a couple of these to replace the cylinders in desk locks that have missing keys. Also purchased a master-key, assuming that could be used to remove the old cylinders. It does not. Can anyone tell me how to get the old lock plugs out? View answer
