This hinge only has one screw that allows for adjusting the positioning of the cabinet door once installed. Standard Blum hinges always have two screws. An adjustment is needed to move the door LR so that it doesn't hit the door next to it. How is that accomplished with this hinge? Thanks! View answer

On the face frame mount, does this hinge have pins sticking out that centers the mount on the face frame or is it flat? My custom hickory cabs are full 3/4 inch hickory. I tried another soft close hinge That had pins on the face mount side that were a "light" 3/4 inch, and wouldn't straddle the cabinet face frame. If I tried to screw it in, it wouldn't lay flat. I need to replace some existing Grass hinges that have failed. Grass suggested contacting you to purchase. They suggested 02901-15 as the closest approximation to the obsolete model; however, I am fairly certain that my existing doors are drilled on 42 mm. Further, I am confused about the difference between the screw-on and dowel formats. It seems all Grass hinges have screws to affix the cup to the doors. My existing doors have at each cup location two rigid plastic offset anchors into which the screws holding the recessed part are driven. Are those doweled, then, or screw-on?
