for these 16" brackets, is the inside flat dimension of the top of this bracket between the slotted wall channel and the raised tip on the end of this bracket 16"? or is it slightly less like 15.75 as there are common 16" shelf boards that are really only 15.75" wide that would lay flat? Trying to figure out what this dimension is so if I want to cut plywood for shelving boards what is the dimension that will lay flat and not lay on top of the raised bump at the end of these brackets?
