Please note that at the time of placing your order, our system does a pre-authorization / verification that there are enough finds available to process your order. That authorization appears in your account as "Pending" and disappears in a few days. As soon as your product ships, a payment charge is made. You may see both the authorization and the payment on your card simultaneously until the authorization disappears.

Apply today for a commercial credit account. Once approved, Woodworker Express will extend a line of credit to you in order to enable the purchase of merchandise for business or commercial purposes. Invoices will be sent monthly to be paid by company check, credit card, or cash equivalent.

For customers with established Woodworker Express credit, accepted methods of payment, unless otherwise advised, are company check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or cash equivalent.

Unless otherwise stated, our terms are 25th prox; payable in full by the 25th of the month following the invoice date. Non-compliance with these terms may result in an account being relegated to COD or credit card terms. An account becomes past due on the 26th day of the month following the invoice date and is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month ($1.00 minimum) on past due amounts. All orders are subject to approval by our credit department. We reserve the right to defer shipment on past due accounts or require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand payment in full of all amounts owed, elect to pursue collection action including but not limited to attorney’s fees and all other associated costs of collection.

Our fee for a check returned unpaid, for any reason, is $25.

Credit Balance

Customer agrees that any credit balance(s) issued by Woodworker Express will be applied to customer’s account within six (6) months of its issuance. If customer has not used or requested refund of the credit within six (6) months any remaining credit balances will be subject to cancellation and Woodworker Express shall have no further liability.
