Description

Bommer's surface mount pivot spring hinge allows doors to open in both directions
Designed for toilet partition doors and gate doors
Made in the USA
Conforms to ANSI K63201
Easily adjustable spring tension allows the hinge to be calibrated to door's size and weight
Steel material, ball bearing, non-handed
Hinge can be used for doors with a maximum:
Doors must be at least 1" thick and door jamb at least 1-1/4" wide for hinge to adjust
Kit Includes: (1) Pivot hinge, (1) Pivot hinge jamb and door bracket, (1) Top pivot assembly with jamb bracket, (8) #12 x 1-1/4" flat head wood screws, and (2) #10 x 1" flat head wood screws
