I ordered this for my wife in December to replace a junky old plastic one that broke years ago. It arrived quickly, it's attractive and solid, and was easy to install. She was thrilled. Also, i thought it was missing instructions, contacted WWE and they e-mailed some, but it was my mistake - they were in the bottom - and they include a template (so check everywhere first). Of course, the best instructions i found were on Youtube, because u get to watch someone really do the install. Bottom line: it was surprisingly easy.
