Great customer support!! I bought the plug with cylinder body. I am a newbee so didn't know that there is a wrong way to install the plug and I did. The key would not turn after. Called and didn't expect to get anyone, but was so surprised that someone was able to help me out!! They will send me the control key wout charging!! Will buy from them again!!
