Customer service was very knowledgeable, helped me find the hinge that I couldn't find on my own. They also called me to confirm that I only wanted 2 sets of locking devices to go with the 6 sets of guides I bought. They were just making sure I didn't make a mistake on the quantities because what I ordered didn't make sense. That was a nice touch. I'll be ordering everything else I need for my kitchen remodel from WWE.
