We installed two of these restrictor clips on a cabinet with three BLUM compact hinges. The clips were applied to the top and bottom soft-close hinges. The center hinge is a regular close which we did not apply a restriction clip to. Once they were installed, the door was rubbing against the cabinet frame as if the hinges were pulling the door too close to the frame. What is the problem and can we correct? Per the manufacturer, The restriction clip can only be used on the soft close hinge and you need to have restriction clips for all 3 hinges.
