How do hinge restrictor clips work? View answer

It would be great if Woodworkers Express would list the models of hinges that these and all of the hinge restrictors fit for certain brands by model numbers. I had to spend a couple of hours researching the correct hinge restrictors for the model of Salice hinge that I am using. Fortunately Rok hardware had the correct information to guide me to the correct product needed! I am mostly happy with Woodworkers Express, with this exception being a disappointing find. View answer

Can you tell me if these restrictors can be used with Kraftmaid cabinets using Blum hinges (The only identifying number I see is Blum 1 5/16).. And if not these restrictors, which model? View answer

We installed two of these restrictor clips on a cabinet with three BLUM compact hinges. The clips were applied to the top and bottom soft-close hinges. The center hinge is a regular close which we did not apply a restriction clip to. Once they were installed, the door was rubbing against the cabinet frame as if the hinges were pulling the door too close to the frame. What is the problem and can we correct? Thank you View answer
