Can these stays be used for a drop-down desk installation? I understand that the torque moment calculations are to coordinate the panel weight with the soft-down mechanism, but what are the absolute weight maximums? Once open, I presume the stay acts to support additional weight (as it would for a desk with items placed on the desk surface), but I don't see that spec anywhere. Thanks, Oliver H.
