The actual opening in my cabinet measures 12", will this still work? The trays that are currently installed are 11" and the tabs don't even reach the edge of the opening, so they just flip completely out & spill all over the floor. View answer

We bought this kit, have it almost completed but the pistons / lift supports are stuck in the open position and we cannot close them. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to un-stick them? View answer

for these 16" brackets, is the inside flat dimension of the top of this bracket between the slotted wall channel and the raised tip on the end of this bracket 16"? or is it slightly less like 15.75 as there are common 16" shelf boards that are really only 15.75" wide that would lay flat? Trying to figure out what this dimension is so if I want to cut plywood for shelving boards what is the dimension that will lay flat and not lay on top of the raised bump at the end of these brackets? is there a way to make the caddy come out further before it bends? Mine hits my range and does not bend all the way and makes it awkward to get to the sliding shelves. View answer

Hi - I have purchased SKU 4917 (00693-17) Left bracket and SKU 4918 (00694-17) Right Bracket for my Grass drawer slides. The Left bracket fits fine - however - right bracket does not fit at all (there is a lip on the bottom side of my current drawer slides, and a notch that this should fit in (on the old broken pieces) - SKU 4918 (00694-17) does not have this slit or slot that my drawer slides need. Any suggestions? Otherwise, the dimensions are great. The picture for 00694-17 shows a slot on the bottom side of the bracket (however, this picture is LEFT socket, not RIGHT). I have an extremely tall pantry, 97". I see you have extension polls that would let me hit my ceiling no problem, but this would leave a lot of empty space. Is it possible to connect this with a smaller, two shelf version? View answer
