Lock Plugs and Cores Q&A
Activity timeframe
The description reads "master key sold separately" but there is no link to it and I cannot locate them in your catalog. I assume the master will open #100TA through #109TA, is this correct? View answer

Are there instructions on how to replace a key cyliner. I know some manufacturers use a specialty key that removes/installs a cylinder in a lock. Does that apply to this product? View answer

I bought a couple of these to replace the cylinders in desk locks that have missing keys. Also purchased a master-key, assuming that could be used to remove the old cylinders. It does not. Can anyone tell me how to get the old lock plugs out? View answer
