What are the "door cups" included in the kit? I've seen in other sites that this item requires a "Retaining Catch for Push-to-Open Device". Would these be the door cups or is that something else (I was not able to find Retaining Catch for Push-to-Open Device on the site)? The top rail is pre-drilled for mounting. The bottom rail has nothing. I guess it's on me to drill holes? I don't understand the mounting plan here. View answer

I ordered some of these and you delivered them, but they were not for metabox. They were for wood sided drawers. I need for metabox. Looks like the slide part is the same, but the plastic trigger that screws to the box is not the triangle shaped one in picture above that goes on bottom of drawer. I read a review about the Rev-A-Shelf 53WC-2150SCDM-213 or 4WCBM-18DM-2 that said the opening mechanism pushes the trash shelf out all the way, as if you cannot just open it part way. Could you tell me if that is correct with these 2 models? I didn't see any other comments about that. I'd like to know before buying one. Normally a soft close door/drawer is just opened normally as far as you want and then it does a soft close. Thank you! View answer
