this bracket is for a small shelf the part that goes against the wall is 12 inches. When it is down it sticks out 16 inches. It has to be able to hold 20 - 25 lbs. And i want the bracket to be under the shelf. It also has to fold up when its not in use, iWill this bracket work for me or is there a better option? View answer

I need to replace some existing Grass hinges that have failed. Grass suggested contacting you to purchase. They suggested 02901-15 as the closest approximation to the obsolete model; however, I am fairly certain that my existing doors are drilled on 42 mm. Further, I am confused about the difference between the screw-on and dowel formats. It seems all Grass hinges have screws to affix the cup to the doors. My existing doors have at each cup location two rigid plastic offset anchors into which the screws holding the recessed part are driven. Are those doweled, then, or screw-on?
