Why don't the Cubitron net disks stick to the pad on my DeWalt or Festool sanders? I purchased a large supply of these based on reviews but they are unusable because they won't stick to the sanders. What is going on here? View answer

Do you offer these hinges in full set to include mounting screws? I just purchased these hinges on Amazon, and really like the performance, but the cost seems much higher sold in sets.
