I have used this product on upper wall cabinets with great success. Installation is relatively simple once you read and understand the instructions for the unit you purchased. Is there any reason this product could not be installed on a base cabinet with face frame. I believe there is clearance for countertop and when fully opened the door would not inhibit the opening virtually at all. Please provide me with any opposing ideas. View answer

I noticed the part that sits on top of the fixed drawer rail only got fastened in one place... the front cabinet frame. This is because there is a gap where the back screw would be used. Is only one screw to hold in the actuator enough or would you need to use some kind of spacer allowing the second securing point? View answer
