How We SAFELY Ship Laminate Sheets

It may seem impossible to ship a flat sheet of laminate that is 8 or 9 feet long via UPS but, the truth of the matter is that we do it every day and it is as easy as 1… 2… 3!

1. Once you place your order, our warehouse team carefully picks the laminate sheets from our stock and stages it for shipping in our laminate shipping area on a table specifically designed for rolling laminate sheets.
   
   
   
    
2. Your laminate is carefully rolled (yes, we said rolled) and banded for boxing. Laminate is flexible and a certain number of sheets can be rolled up together and boxed for safe UPS shipment.
   
   We have a formula as to how many is too many and are careful to not cause any damage to the sheets as we roll them.
   
   When you get your order, you may notice slight chipping or cracking on the edges. This is completely normal. Laminate sheets are produced in sizes larger than what you will usually need and this edge damage will not affect your total square foot usage.
   
   
   
   
   
    
3. The banding we use is designed to expand to the exact interior of the box to prevent any jostling during shipment.
   
   
   
    
4. Your laminate is then carefully placed in our UPS approved shipping boxes. These boxes are the exact shape and size needed for shipping laminate sheets and are strong enough for someone to dance on them without damage. Don’t ask us how we know that. We put extra protection at the top and bottom of each box with thick cardboard end caps.
   
   
   
    
5. Finally, your box is labeled and handed off to UPS and within days your laminate arrives safely at your home, office or jobsite.
