Looking at Heavy Duty Lapcon Door Damper Left Hand Nickel Sugatsune LDD-V100-NI-L. The problem is that my door is hollow metal and listed at one hundred pounds. Do you have something like this that can work with a door that heavy? View answer

Can this be adjusted so it doesn't take so much pull pressure to open the garbage bin? It works well but it takes too much force to pull it open. View answer

I need replacement slides for my kitchen drawer. My hardware appears to have an "L" and not an "A" with the following #'s 7555 / 533 0016. When I search your website I cannot locate this serial number with an "L". Can only locate the serial number with the "A". Will an "A" series with the same serial numbers work for replacement parts? Greetings. What is the size of the Kaizen Organizational 20mm foam sheets? The product description states: KAIZEN FOAM, 20MM X 2 X 4, BLACK but the last 2 dimensions lack measurement units. I'm thinking 'feet', but I'd like confirmation. Thanks kindly. View answer
